Great shoe. I never order shoes from the internet - but I thought I would try it this time. These shoes are so comfortable for standing especially if you have a high arch. Much more support than a regular shoe. A bit pricey as I am really cheap, but this was worth the extra $$. Will by another pair when I can save up the money again. $$ was a big hangup for me, but I have to say the fit is great.

This is my second pair of Danskos, and I definitely notice a decrease in quality from the pair I've had for 5 years. Also, these shoes say "made in Brazil" on them - has Dansko started outsourcing? Additionally, Amazon needs to improve their description of Danskos, because I did not realize there was any real difference between the box leather and cabrio leather shoes (since the description is the same and they look the same in the pictures), but after googling it, I found this info. on the Dansko Outlet page: "Box leather is ideal for workplace environments with wet, acidic or greasy conditions. It has a smooth, clean finish that can easily be maintained. Care Instructions: Use a damp soapy cloth or sponge to remove surface dirt. Do not saturate the leather. Ordinary scuff marks may be touched up with shoe polish. Cabrio leather features a black top coat that provides a high-gloss shine and dressy appeal. Cabrio Leather is not recommended for occupational use in the medical or culinary industry. Care Instructions: To remove surface dirt, wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth." I wish I had known this before purchasing the cabrio shoes because I think I may have bought the wrong shoe. I am considering trying to exchange these for the box leather shoes.

Love these shoes!!! This was my first dansko purchase and will not be my last. I work 12hr shifts on my feet standing, walking and running around the hospital. Before I purchased danskos i wore 99$ athletic shoes and my feet, back and legs were sore at the end of a busy night. Since I have started wearing danskos i noticed my legs and back are not longer sore. I would just be cautious of the size you purchase. I wear a size US size 9 so, I purchased a size 39 eu and wish I would have gotten a 40.

very comfortable, but do not purchase the reddish/brown color, called "cordovan." will leave a white mark where the color comes off each time you bump the shoe against something. I returned them and ordered a hickory brown, which seems to be much better quality. Better to try on dansko's b/c they are hand made and each pair fits differently (i.e., a little narrower/wider than a previously owned pair in same size, etc.)

I used to love Dansko shoes. Apparently they changed manufacturers and now I own a pair of squeaky, squeaky shoes. The soles squeak on pavement--I didn't think it was physically possible, but there you have it. Don;t even ask about what happens on tile. I have worn them for a month and it hasn't gotten any better. I will not be buying this brand again--and I am going to get the soles replaced on the ones I do have.

This was my first time buying this type of Dansko....didn't think I'd like the heel in, always had the regular clog without any back heel. I wore these to work the next day and it was like I'd been wearing them forever....Very pleased and, of course, dealing with Amazon was always a pleasure

These shoes are great. I am a nurse and do 12-13 hour shifts at a time and my feet never hurt when I get off. They provide great support and are very durable.

Great shoe! Very comfortable. I'm on my feet most of day for work and my feet haven't bothered me like they did before I started wearing my Danskos. I would highly recommend!

I bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter, She put them on right away. The fit was perfect and she wears them everyday.

These are my first pair of Dansko shoes and so far they are great. I recently tore my plantar fascia and my sister who had a similar problem recommended I try them out. The shoes were a little tight on the sides for me at the front and a bit big in the back but with moderately thick socks they are great. After wearing them a couple of times they have conformed to the shape of my foot better and don't feel as tight as they did at first. They are very supportive in the arch and feel sturdy enough that they will last a long time. For anyone who has never tried on a pair of Danskos, I recommend going to a brick-and-mortar store and trying them on to get the right size (I wear a 7.5 which is a 38 in EU sizes). Then come back to Amazon and make your purchase!

I love Dansko shoes. There was nothing wrong with the product. However, I paid more for rush shipping so I could use these shoes on a trip- they arrived two days after I'd left. So much for the convenience of online shopping. I'll never buy anything from this vendor again if I want it in a hurry.

I couldn't be happier with my danskos. They are super cute and soooo comfortable. I love them!

I loved hese shoes but after wearing them 4 times, the buckle broke. I don't know if this is a common problem with these shoes. I need to figure out how to return the shoes to Amazon. I don't know if it is worth trying to get a replacement pair,or if I should just pick out a different style without a buckle.

I got the marcelle cabrio in cordovan and it does run a little narrower and smaller than the professional series. Also, the color scuffs very easily and needs frequent polishing/touch ups. It is a pretty shoe with a good grip on surfaces just not as comfortable for long periods of wear. I also noticed that it is made in Brazil, all my other danskos are made in Italy. So, I'm not sure if it is an authentic dansko, I bought it from Amazon so I presume it is.
